Is Boost Mobile going out of business in 2024? ›

Lo and behold, it's July and the new Boost Mobile is upon us. EchoStar President and CEO Hamid Akhavan pledged during the company's last earnings call in May that there would be a reboot coming in the second half of 2024.

DISH Wireless L.L.C., doing business as Boost Mobile, is a United States wireless service provider owned by EchoStar. It operates using the Boost, AT&T and T-Mobile networks to deliver wireless services.

Boost Mobile (and its sister company Boost Infinite) are prepaid and postpaid carriers that are owned by Dish Network.
